This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the Enjoyment Radio mobile application, the Fan Love Africa service at fanloveafrica.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of the Republic of Ghana and, where applicable, international best-practice frameworks for data protection.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo.
- Fan Love request details: recipient name, occasion, message text, voice notes, delivery preferences.
- Custom song request details: song brief, preferred style, occasion, and any audio or text you submit.
- Payment information: payment card details are collected and processed by Paystack, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account credentials. We receive only a transaction reference and status.
- Communications: messages you send to customer support or feedback you submit.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system and version, app version, device identifiers, IP address, language, time zone.
- Usage analytics: pages visited, features used, time spent, crash logs, performance metrics.
- Cookies and similar technologies (website only): used for session management, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
- Paystack: transaction status, reference, and fraud-prevention signals.
- YouTube (for Shows content): publicly available metadata about videos and playlists we embed; we do not receive information about individual viewers from YouTube beyond what the YouTube IFrame Player API exposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (Ghana DPA, 2012)
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012, we process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis, which may include:

- Performance of a contract — to deliver the Services and fulfil Fan Love or Custom Song purchases you make.

- Process and fulfil Fan Love and Custom Song requests.
- Process payments through Paystack.
- Send you transactional notifications (purchase confirmations, delivery updates, account alerts).

- Analyse usage to improve the Services (in aggregated or pseudonymised form wherever possible).
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Celebrity Partners: we share your first name and the details of your Fan Love or Custom Song request so that they can fulfil it. We do not share your full contact information, email, or payment details with Celebrity Partners unless you ask us to.
- With service providers: payment processors (Paystack), hosting providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools, each under contractual confidentiality obligations and limited to what is necessary to provide their service.
- For legal reasons: when required to comply with a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful request from Ghanaian authorities, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- In a business transfer: if Enjoyment Radio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Account data: retained for the life of your account, plus a reasonable period after account closure for fraud-prevention and legal-defence purposes.
- Transaction records: retained as required by Ghanaian tax and commercial law (typically six years).
- Support communications: retained for up to two years after resolution.
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated form indefinitely; personal identifiers are removed after twelve months.
When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
